Natives of the relatively unassuming town of Cheltenham in the UK, indie-pop trio CAEZAR has announced that they will be releasing their next single, ‘Somewhere New’ on the 26th of October. Taken from their HAIL EP that is set to be released on 30th November via RG Records, ‘Somewhere New’ is the 2nd release from the groups forthcoming EP after the release of ‘Hold On’ earlier this year.

Hailing from the unassuming town of Cheltenham, Indie-pop trio CAEZAR will be releasing “Somewhere New” (26th October), the next single off their much-anticipated debut EP ‘HAIL!’ to be released via RG Records on 30th November. ‘Somewhere New’ has already been aired as a BBC Introducing exclusive, while CAEZAR’s previous single, ‘Waiting’, was featured on popular UK show ITV This Morning and their most recent offering, “Hold On” was premiered by CLASH Magazine. Playing alongside giant names such as Hozier, James Bay and Jack Garrett, CAEZAR can really hold their own in the scene and have had the pleasure of playing at the award-winning independent Barn on the Farm Festival as well as being featured on the acclaimed radio platform BBC Music Introducing. The ‘HAIL!’ EP boasts mastering by mastering engineer Stuart Hawkes (Amy Winehouse, Clean Bandit, Rudimental) and produced by Justin Broad (Jessie J, Emeli Sandé, Izzy Bizu, Corinne Bailey Rae).

CAEZAR’s latest offering, ‘Somewhere New’ starts out as a smooth ballad accompanied by tender piano chords. As soon as the bridge hits, you realise that this will not the slow jam you expected, but instead it’s an extremely catchy indie-pop tune ready made for any party. ‘Somewhere New’ has a constant beat throughout complemented by some light-hearted guitar licks and the incredible vocal work we know and love CAEZAR for. On a sidenote, can we also take a moment to appreciate the stunning single artwork this group has released?

The band explained that, "Wherever we've performed this track, it has always received an amazing reaction from the crowd. It's turned into bit of an anthem for adventure-seekers and for those wanting to escape the monotony of day-to-day life. The vocals and the melody of the chorus are so uplifting it's hard not to feel raised-up by it, and with Justin's production on the beats, the track feels full of life."
